Allowed

Use the template for one live website (personal, commercial, or client project).

Edit, customize, and brand the template however you like.

Remove or modify the template credit or footer if present.

Transfer the finished website to one end client.

Not Allowed

Use the same template on multiple websites or domains.

Resell, redistribute, or share the original template files, even if modified.

Offer the template (original or modified) as part of another product for sale (such as a template, theme, or UI kit).

Claim the original design as your own work in marketplaces or template libraries.

Allowed

Use the template on unlimited live websites (personal projects, commercial projects, or client work).

Edit, customize, and rebrand the template for each project.

Remove or modify the template credit or footer if present.

Transfer finished websites to any number of clients or businesses.

Not Allowed

Resell or redistribute the original template files on their own or inside another template pack.

List the template on any marketplace, asset library, or template directory.

Claim the original design as solely your own when selling digital products.

Create a competing template or product that is substantially similar to the original design.
