1. Standard License
The Standard License grants you the right to use a purchased Qolip template for a single live website. This can be for personal use, a commercial project, or for one client. Under this license, you may freely edit, customize, and brand the template to fit your project needs. You are also permitted to remove or modify the Qolip credit/footer. Once your project is complete, you may transfer the final website to a single end-client.
However, the Standard License does not allow you to use the same template across multiple domains or projects. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of the original Framer or Figma file — whether modified or not — is strictly prohibited. Additionally, you may not package the template as part of another product for sale, such as a UI kit or template bundle, nor can you claim the original design as your own work in marketplaces, galleries, or public showcases.
2. Unlimited License
The Unlimited License provides greater flexibility, allowing you to use the purchased template across unlimited live websites. This includes personal projects, multiple client websites, and commercial ventures. With this license, you can fully customize and rebrand the template for each project, remove or modify the Qolip credit/footer, and transfer completed websites to any number of clients or organizations.
Despite the broader usage rights, certain restrictions remain in place. You may not resell or redistribute the original Framer or Figma file, either as a standalone product or as part of another template package. Uploading the unmodified template to marketplaces or asset libraries is also prohibited. Furthermore, you are not permitted to create competing products that are substantially identical to the original Qolip template, nor may you claim sole authorship of the design when reselling digital products.
3. Intellectual Property
All templates remain the intellectual property of Qolip. Purchasing a license grants you usage rights as outlined in the respective plan but does not transfer ownership. Unauthorized distribution, modification, or resale outside the scope of this Licensing Agreement will be considered a violation of our intellectual property rights.
4. Enforcement
We take licensing compliance seriously. If we identify misuse of our templates — including unlicensed distribution, resale, or fraudulent claims of authorship — we reserve the right to revoke your license, restrict access to updates and support, and take appropriate legal action where necessary.
