By accessing the website or purchasing a template, you agree to these terms. We may update them from time to time and will revise the “Last updated” date when changes are made.

Use of Templates
When you purchase a template from Qolip, you receive a license to use the template, not ownership of the underlying design or source files.
You may customize the template and use it for your own website, a client project, or a business website according to the license you purchased.
You may not resell, redistribute, share, or publish the template files or any modified versions of them. Templates may also not be used to create competing templates or template libraries.
Payments and Refunds
All payments are processed securely through our payment provider.
Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final and refunds are not provided once a purchase has been completed.
If you experience technical issues with a template or download, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
Support
We provide email-based support for customers who need help with template setup, usage, or issues with the original template files.
Support does not include custom development, design work, or extensive template customization.
Intellectual Property
All templates, content, and materials provided on Qolip remain the intellectual property of Qolip or their respective creators.
Purchasing a template grants you a license to use it but does not transfer ownership of the template or its design.
Service Availability
Templates and website services are provided “as is” and “as available.” While we aim to maintain high-quality products, we cannot guarantee that templates will always meet every specific requirement or function without interruption.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Qolip will not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our templates or website.
Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the product.
