You cannot:

  • Resell or redistribute the original source file.

  • Use the template as a base for other templates or themes sold elsewhere.

  • Post or share the raw design publicly.

3. Refund Policy

Because all products sold on Qolip are digital and instantly accessible, all sales are final.

If you encounter technical issues with a download or have trouble using a template, please reach out to us at support@qolip.com — we’re happy to help resolve any problems.

4. Product Updates

From time to time, Qolip may update templates to improve design, fix issues, or add features. Customers who have purchased a template will receive access to the updated version at no additional cost.

While we strive to keep our products current, we do not guarantee lifetime updates.

5. Support

All paid customers are entitled to email-based support.

We can help with:

  • Setup and installation questions.

  • Framer-related functionality.

  • Bug fixes or technical issues in the original file.

Our support does not include:

  • Custom design work.

  • Adding new features or major layout changes.

  • Integrations outside Framer’s native functionality.
